Local Pro Leads operates under the business name LocalPro Partners and provides marketing support for service businesses. Information we collect
The active inquiry form is the embedded LeadConnector/GoHighLevel chat widget. It asks for your name, phone number and message and presents separate SMS consent choices for informational/transactional messages and promotional messages. Information you submit through that widget, including your consent selections, is handled through LeadConnector/GoHighLevel. The widget does not ask for an email address. If you email or call us directly, we receive the contact details and inquiry information you choose to provide through that channel. There is no separate contact form or online appointment-booking form on this website. Do not submit sensitive identity, financial or health information through the chat or email.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, discuss the marketing services you request and handle customer communication. The chat presents two distinct SMS purposes: informational/transactional communication related to your inquiry or requested services, and promotional communication about our marketing services. Any SMS use is limited to the purpose you expressly authorize. Choosing informational/transactional messages does not authorize promotional messages, and choosing promotional messages does not authorize unrelated topics or another business to text you. We do not treat a website visit, opening the chat, providing a phone number, calling or emailing us as consent to recurring or promotional SMS.
SMS information and consent
SMS consent is specific to Local Pro Leads doing business as LocalPro Partners. The chat displays two independent, initially unchecked consent choices for informational/transactional SMS and promotional SMS. Consent must be an affirmative choice; this Privacy Policy is not an enrollment mechanism. Promotional SMS requires your separate express written consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can contact us by phone or email without enrolling in SMS. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. The message subjects authorized are those described in the consent notice you select; selecting one category does not select the other.
We do not sell, rent, buy, share or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent to or from third parties, affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferable between businesses. These exclusions apply to every information-sharing category described in this policy. Service providers may process the information only as needed to support our communications and services, not for their own marketing or to enroll you in another sender’s messages.

Service providers and disclosures
LeadConnector/GoHighLevel provides the chat widget and processes submitted names, phone numbers, messages and consent selections to support inquiry handling and communications. Hosting and data-storage providers process website data to operate and protect the site. Processing by these providers does not authorize their own marketing or transfer your SMS consent to them. Technical service providers may process connection information when the embedded widget loads. Contact us by phone or email to discuss a consultation; this website does not automatically book appointments. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights; this is not permission to sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
Website measurement and browser storage
Our own website measurement records the event date, event type, broad referral category and random identifiers to estimate visits. Our analytics database does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses. Session storage helps avoid counting repeat visits within a 30-minute session. The chat widget and hosting providers may handle browser storage and technical logs as part of providing their services; our limited visit measurements do not describe all processing performed by those providers.
Your choices and retention
Email info@getlocalproleads.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information or to change communication preferences. Chat submissions are handled through LeadConnector/GoHighLevel, separately from our website visit analytics. We retain inquiry information only as needed to respond to requests and meet applicable business or legal obligations. SMS use requires documented proof of the applicable consent, including the consent given, its date and the method by which it was obtained. We do not infer consent from a phone number or from acceptance of this policy. A withdrawal of consent must be respected, and a limited opt-out record may be retained to prevent further messages. Deletion requests remain subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Security and updates
We use encrypted website connections and access restrictions for protected website records. No system can guarantee absolute security. The site is intended for adult business users. We update this policy when relevant practices change and show the effective date above.
